M10-PLUS SERIES – 30g

M10-PLUS is a high-potency cannabis oil formulated from purified distillate and full-spectrum cannabis extract, with a standardized THC concentration of 50%–60%. It is intended for carefully selected adult patients who may require controlled cannabinoid administration as part of an oncology or palliative-care symptom-management plan.

Cannabis and cannabinoid products have been studied primarily for managing symptoms associated with cancer and its treatment not for treating the cancer itself. M10-PLUS may be considered under medical supervision for symptoms such as:

• Persistent cancer-related or treatment-related pain
• Neuropathic pain associated with chemotherapy or nerve involvement
• Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting that remains inadequately controlled despite standard anti-nausea treatment
• Reduced appetite, where other contributing causes and established treatments have been assessed
• Sleep disruption secondary to pain, nausea, anxiety, or treatment-related distress
• Symptom burden in palliative and end-of-life care

Evidence supporting cannabis in cancer care remains limited and varies considerably by symptom. The clearest clinical support is for certain cannabinoids as an addition to standard treatment for refractory chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. Evidence for cancer-related pain, appetite, sleep, anxiety, and overall quality of life is less certain, and individual responses may differ substantially.

The distillate component provides a refined and measurable THC base, while the full-spectrum component retains additional naturally occurring cannabis constituents. For clinically meaningful standardization, each batch is laboratory tested and labelled.

Safety Considerations:

Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, acts primarily through CB1 receptors in the central nervous system and may influence nausea, pain perception, appetite, mood, sleep, and sensory processing. However, higher THC exposure also increases the likelihood of intoxication, dizziness, sedation, impaired coordination, anxiety, confusion, changes in heart rate, and falls.

Because M10-PLUS contains a high concentration of THC, treatment should generally begin with a very small, measured dose and be increased gradually only when clinically necessary and well tolerated. Extra caution is appropriate for older or medically frail patients and for those with cardiovascular disease, cognitive impairment, psychiatric vulnerability, a history of falls, or concurrent use of opioids, sedatives, anticoagulants, or other medications with potential cannabinoid interactions.

M10-PLUS should not replace chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery, immunotherapy, hormonal therapy, targeted therapy, or any other prescribed cancer treatment. Cannabis oils have not been shown in reliable human clinical trials to cure cancer, shrink established tumours, prevent metastasis, or improve cancer survival. Any use during active cancer treatment should be discussed with the patient’s oncology team.
